Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Hot Stone Massage to encourage muscular relaxation while soothing your nerves. My goal is to provide you with the most beneficial massage possible. For example, If you only want your back and neck massaged, I will spend an entire hour patiently working on your back and neck. The amount of pressure used during a massage is very important and what feels good differs among individuals. My aim is always to find what works for you. I start with gentle work and you should let me know if you would like more pressure. Massage works best with good communication.
The time it takes to
discuss your session and fill out a brief intake form does not chip time
away from your massage. If you schedule a 1 Hour session, you will
