Each Massage is customized to provide you with the most benefit.  Whether you need full body, a whole hour on your shoulders, light pressure, strong pressure, or somewhere in between;  My aim is to find what works for you.

The time it takes to fill out a brief intake form does not chip time away from your massage.  If you schedule a 1 hour session, you will receive a full hour of massage as long as you are on time.  

Sessions are by appointment only
